June 1952:

A general meeting for establishment on the All Japan Real Estate Federation (Zennichi) was convened.
|

October 1952:
|
The federation received permission for establishment by the Ministry of Construction.
|
June 1957:
|
The federation celebrated the fifth anniversary of its establishment. Honorary Chairman Uichi Noda replaced the federation's first chairman, Keita Goto become the second chairman of the All Japan Real Estate Federation.

May 1959:
|
On the occasion of the 10th General Meeting of the FIABCI in Rome, through an introduction and recommendation of Chairman Yoodle of the U.S. Real Estate Federation, the federation dispatched three representatives to Rome to participate in the general meeting, thus securing a footing for the Japanese real estate industry on the real estate scene.

June 1960:

On the occasion of the 11th General Meeting of the FIABCI in Salzburg, Austria, the federation was admitted into the FIABCI as the representative of Japan.

April 1964:
|
The federation established the Japan chapter of the FIABCI.
|
April 1966:
|
The 17th General Meeting of the FIABCI was convened in Tokyo on April 25 to 29. Attended by 800 people in the real estate industry from Japan and abroad, this meeting was a great success.

April 1967:

The federation held the 1st Zennichi National Real Estate Congress in the city of Sendai, as the Japanese of version on of the General Meeting of the FIABCI to which affiliated organizations were invited.

July 1971:
|
A meeting for the preparation of the establishment to the Asia-Pacific Real Estate Federation was held in the city of Manila (Philippines).

April 1972:
|
A general meeting for the establishment of the federation was held in Tokyo. With 11 nations from the Asia-Pacific region, participating in the Asia-Pacific Real Estate Federation.

December 1972:
|
A general meeting for the establishment of the Real Estate Guarantee Association was convened.
|
September 1973:
|
The Real Estate Guarantee Association received permission for the establishment by the Ministry of Construction.
|
September 1978:
|
Chairman Uichi Noda was given the title of Founder, by Asia-Pacific Real Estate Federation.

June 1979:
|
The 30th General Meeting of the FIABCI was convened in Tokyo, with 1, 372 representatives from 36 nations in attendance. Discussions were held and talks were given in a variety of areas, centered around the main theme of the, "Planned utilization of land and real estate industry.

September 1983:
|
The U.S. Real Estate Inspection Tour Group was dispatched to observe the real estate scene in the United States. This team inspected Century 21, the well-known franchise, and the status of the National Association of Realtors.

October 1988:
|
A team was dispatched to West Germany, France and England to inspect the European real estate scene. The team visited FIABCI Headquarters and the British Real Estate Associatlon, and studies real estate industries in the countries it visited.

May 1996:
|
The 47th General Meeting of the FIABCI was convened in Tokyo with 1,180 representatives 38 nations in attendance. This meeting which focused on the main theme of "Cities and Real Estate," was a great success from beginning to end.

November 1996:

Representatives of our federation visited Chinese Association of Real Estate Brokers and The Real Estate Association of the Taiwan R.O.C.

January 1997:
|
The All Japan Real Estate Federation celebrated the forty-fifth anniversary of its establishment, and the Real Estate Guarantee Association celeblated twenty-fifth anniversary. There was also a party held to celebrate the completion of Zennichi Kaikan.
Chairman Uichi Noda passed away.

November 1997:
|
The 24th Japan-Korea Real Estate Exchange Congress was held in Seoul, South Korea.
