1) Real estate-related studies and research the popularization of real estate-related knowledge

Zennichi Kioi-cho Forum
With the objective of the development of the real estate industry and contributing to society as we approach the 21st century, this forum plays the role of a think tank, makes proposals and demands regarding legal systems and tax systems, conducts research and study programs, as well as strengthens its relationship with society as a whole.

A variety of study sessions are held so that students may acquire specialized knowledge with an aim to enhance the quality of people engaged in the building lots and building transaction business, in addition to protecting the interest of consumers and in order to ensure propriety in the operation of and transactions in the building lots business. 4) Consumer Protection
Repayment Activities The Real Estate Guarantee Association repays business guarantee funds to consumers for an amount up to of l0 million yen. for credits and debts between people who have conducted a transaction (consumers) and association members. as regards building lots and the buildings transaction business.

Custodial Activities. Including those for Deposits
For completed properties for which the seller is an association member. the Association receives a deposit on behalf of the seller (who is an association member). and in case something happens. makes sure that the deposit is returned to the buyer (consumer).

Deposit Guarantee Activities
The Association guarantees deposit for properties for which it has conducted mediation in building lots and buildings transaction business handled by a member.
